Eagle Claw processes orders on business days (Monday-Friday) 8am- 5pm MST. All orders received outside of these business hours, or on an observed holiday, will be processed on the next business day.

Returns/Exchanges or Order Cancellations

Eagle Claw gladly accepts returns & exchanges up to 30 days of original invoice date. Products returned beyond 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.
Items must be returned in new, store-bought condition to receive a refund or exchange. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost unless the item is deemed defective.

You can cancel your order anytime prior to the order being processed. To cancel an order please email us at info@eagleclaw.com with the subject line “Cancel”. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours letting you know the status of the cancellation. Once an order is in the fulfillment process an order cannot be canceled. Please refer to the Return/Exchange policy.
